Dia 1

Dia 2 - Barcelona-Girona
TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: City tour of Barelona. Overnight in Girona. 

In the morning we enjoy a city tour, its Ramblas, the works of Gaudí, and memories of the Olympic Games. Time at leisure. At the end of the afternoon we will go to the north of Catalonia. A stroll in GIRONA and its very beautiful historical centre. Its colourful houses stand out, as well as the old Jewish quarter and Cathedral. 

Dia 3 - Girona- Arles- Carrieres de Lumiere- La Garde- Chambery.
TODAY’S HIGHLIGHT: Provenzal region in France.    

We leave for France, crossing Provence. We stop in ARLES, a small world heritage city where we will remember Van Gogh, and can see its Roman theatre and small Romanesque churches. Time for a stroll and lunch. We carry on and include admission to CARRIERES DE LUMIERE, an impressive show of art, image and sound underground, in former quarries. And at the end of the afternoon, a stop in LA GARDE ADHEMAR, a typical, magnificently conserved village of Provence, with great views of the Rhone valley. CHAMBERY, arrival and accommodation in the charming capital of Savoie, a medieval city with a beautiful old town and great castle.

Dia 4 - Chambery- Ginebra- Chillon- Gruyere- Gstaad.
TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Switzerland with Lakes and Mountains. Chocolate factory. 


 We travel to Switzerland. GENEVA, arrival. With our guide, we will go to the Palace of Nations (the headquarters of the United Nations in Europe) to the pretty English Garden with its clock made of flowers and we can admire the “Jet d’Eau”, the tallest fountain in Europe. After this we go on to CHILLON CASTLE, built in the waters of the lake. (entrance included to this fantastic mediaeval castle). We go on to the picturesque walled village of GRUYERE, known worldwide for its cheese. Very nearby are a few of the main chocolate factories in Switzerland(NESTLE amongst them), and we visit the Cailler chocolate factory, with tasting included! Continuation along little roads amidst bucolic Mountain countryside and very picturesque wooden villages.- Arrival in GSTAAD a pretty little village with its wooden houses. 

Dia 5 - Gstaad- Grindelwald- Lucerne- Zurich.
TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Swiss Alpine scenery with glaciers and mountains.  Grindelwald, cable car and lunch included. Lucerne. 


Today’s stage takes us through us beautiful high mountain scenery. We pass Interlaken and go around its very beautiful lake. Arrival in GRINDELWALD, time for a coffee before taking the cable car (ticket included) to Grindelwald first. We will walk down a track (30 minutes) to get to the "Bridge over the void" an ideal place to be seduced by the Swiss Alpine scenery surrounded by its glaciers and mountains. Lunch included. After this, we go on to LUCERNE, one of the most beautiful cities in Switzerland. We continue to ZURICH, where there is time for a stroll in the centre before going to the hotel.

Dia 6 - Zurich - Burglen- Morcote - Como- Milan.
TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: We will know the town of William Tell. Pictoresque villages as Morcote. Shores of Como.   

  
We travel to BURGLEN, the tiny village where William Tell was born, we shall see the chapel of the XVI century with paintings illustrating his life. Afterwards we reach the enchanting little town of MORCOTE, with its houses made of stone, and covered with flowers. We enter Italy and stop in COMO, on the shores of its lake. The city highlights the Gothic Cathedral.  Arrival in MILAN where our guide will take us to the impressive Duomo Square. There will be time to dine in a variety of restaurants  that can be found  serving Swiss and Italian food but also French, Chinese and international food. Transfer to hotel.

Dia 7 - Milan - Pisa - Rome.
TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Coast of Liguria, Leaning Tower of Pisa.


We continue towards PISA. On a little tourist train we will travel to the Piazza Dei Miracoli (Square of Miracles), where there will be time to admire one of the most alluring and beautiful art complexes in Italy, including the well known Leaning Tower of Pisa. Then, we continue to Rome, arriving at the end of the afternoon. 

Dia 8 - Rome.
TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: City tour of Rome. Roman Coliseum (admission price included) and  Vatican City.


In the morning, we have a scenic tour of the city, which will be a great introduction to “The Eternal city”. We enter the tiny state of the Vatican. The Vatican City is a principal centre of Christianity in the world. You will be able to visit St. Peter’s Basilica. And we have also included admission to the Roman Coliseum, the principal symbol of Rome. This impressive con­struction dates back 2,000 years and will transport us in time so that we can learn about ancient society in the Roman Empire. In the evening we provide transport to the Via Cavour area, where you will find restaurants serving Italian, Indian, Chinese and interna­tional food. Return to hotel.

Dia 9 - Rome - Florence.
TODAY’S HIGLIGHTS: Tour with a local expert from Florence. View from Piazzale Michelangelo.    


We will leave Rome, heading north. This route is graced with beautiful landscapes. Upon arrival in FLORENCE, we head straight to Piazzale Michelangelo, an impressive site in the city. In the evening we provide a tour with a local expert, and walk through the historic centre, taking in places such as the Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo, and Piazza della Signoria. This city is truly an outdoor museum. Free time to explore. In the evening, you can dine at your favorite restaurant. In this district you can find restaurants serving Italian, Indian, Chinese and international food.

Dia 10 - Florence - Venice.
TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Vaporetto boat on Venice’s Grand Canal. Visit and admission to the St Mark´s Basilica. Admire the technique of crafting Murano Glass.   


Today we enjoy stunning mountain landscapes while crossing the Apennine Mountains. Arriving in VENICE, we will board a Vapporetto to travel around on the canals in the historic centre. With a local guide, we will visit the marvellous St Marck´s and enter the marvellous basilica (entry cost included). Afterwards, we shall be able to visit the Murano glass factory. It is marvellous to see the technique how this ancient glass is made. Free time. Accommodation in the Mestre district. 

Dia 11 - Venice - Innsbruck- Kitzbuhel.



Dia 12 - Kitzbuhel- Salzburg -St. Wolfgang- Traunsee Lake- Vienna



Dia 13 - Vienna.
TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Vienna city tour. Gardens of the immense Schön­brunn Palace.    


After breakfast, at around 12.00h, we start with a scenic visit around Vienna with a local expert. Here, we experience its majestic avenues, its palaces and the vibrant city centre. Directly afterwards, we head the Schönbrunn Palace where visitors can stroll around and enjoy its beautiful gardens. In the evening we go to the City Hall Square to enjoy the lighting and the nightlife in the neighbouring streets, where you can dine at your preferred restaurant with cuisines from around the world including Austrian, Chinese, Indian and Italian.

Dia 14 - Vienna - Budapest.

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS:  Cruise on the Danube, city tour of Budapest, night transfer. 
We have an approximately three-hour journey to BUDAPEST, Hungary. Arriving at around 11:30, we will discover Budapest (known as the “Queen of the Danube”) on a boat tour along the river. Budapest is divided by the Danube River, with historic Buda on one side and cosmopoli­tan Pest on the opposite side. Time for lunch, followed by a scenic tour of the city. After the tour enjoy some leisure time. At the end of the day we finish in the lively area of Vaci Utca, where there are lots of opportunities to take your dinner.


Dia 15 - Budapest - Bratislava - Prague.
TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS. Time to explore Bratislava. Czech landscapes.    


We will leave Budapest for BRATISLAVA, the capital of Slovakia and a city alongside the Danube with an attractive historic centre. Time to see the city and have lunch. After lunch we will continue on our way to the Czech Republic. PRAGUE - At the end of the afternoon, we provide transport to take you to the Old Town Square. This central location is full of energy and touristic activities. It’s a marvellous place to acquaint ourselves with Prague. Several restaurants offering cuisines from around the world will be waiting to delight your taste buds, including Czech, Chinese, Indian and Italian. Return to hotel.

Dia 16 - Prague.


Dia 17 - Prague - Lauf - Wurzburg - Frankfurt.
TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Bavarian Landscapes.


We leave for Germany. In the region of Bavaria, we will see LAUF AN DER PEGNITZ, a picturesque little village which stands out for its busy Market Square and Castle. After this we will carry on to WURZBURG, with time for lunch and to see this Bavarian city on the banks of the Maine, a former bishopric centre and now a very busy university city.  Our journey continues towards FRANKFURT. Explore the historic centre and choose your favorite restaurant to dine in (from Indian, Oriental, Italian, International, and so on). 

Dia 18 - Frankfurt - Cruise on the Rhine - Cologne - Amsterdam.
TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Rhine cruise included.     Today we include a small CRUISE ON THE RHINE, between the villages of RUDESHEIM and ST. GOAR; undoubtedly the river’s most picturesque sector. After this we will travel to COLOGNE, a city which stands out for its immense Gothic cathedral. Then on to Holland. AMSTERDAM – arrival at the end of the day - . 

Dia 19 - Amsterdam - Zaanse Schans - Volendam- Marken- Amsterdam.

TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS:   Picturesque typical village of Volendam.  Boat on the I Jsselmeer lake. City tour of Amsterdam.    

Today we have a very exciting  and beautiful day. We will go to ZAANSE SCHANS with its mills, its canals and its typical houses .  VOLENDAM, a very picturesque fishing village. From Volendam, on a short boat trip we will go to MARKEN, an island that was united to the mainland by a fixed dike, their houses were built on stilts. In the afternoon we include a panoramic tour of AMSTERDAM to see its narrow canals, the Dam Platz, its official buildings and parks, and will also see the technique of diamond cutting. A large part of the visit will be done on foot. The information will be given through headphones.  At the end of the day you will be taken to Rembrandtplein, one of the busiest squares in the city with plenty of restaurants from all corners of the world. 

Dia 20 - Amsterdam - Brussels - Bruges - Paris.
TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Feeling Belgium.  


We will leave for BRUSSELS, and will have time in the Grand Place and take a stop to photograph the Atomium. Later in BRUGES, the marvellous Flemish city known as the "northern little Venice". Time for lunch. Continuation to France. PARIS, arrival at the end of the day.  

Recommendation: If you start or end your trip in Paris, we advise you to book an extra day or two in this city. In this way, you will be able to get to know Euro Disney, Versailles and other places of interest.

Dia 21 - Paris.



TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS:  City tour in Paris. Climb to the second floor of the Eiffel Tower.  Boat ride along the Seine. Evening transfer.            

A scenic guided tour to discover the history, main boulevards and the breathtaking monuments of Paris. We end the visit at the Eiffel Tower area. You will have the opportunity to climb up to the second floor of this remarkable metal monument (ticket admission included). End your visit with a boat cruise along the River Seine, which divides the north of Paris from the south. Enjoy a free afternoon to explore as you choose.             

Note: Sometimes queues to climb the Eiffel Tower are long. For organizational reasons, if deemed appropriate, the climb can be made at a different moment of the day (or Monday).      

At sunset transfer to the “Quartier Latin”, a very picturesque area of the historic centre where you can enjoy dinner with a wide variety of international cuisines. Return to hotel.
